These stages include pre – workshop planning, event execution and event follow-up.
Pre-workshop planning involves a thorough examination of the business issues, outlining specific improvement opportunities and the desired outcomes of the kaizen workshop.
During this phase, we will work with the business to identify the key team members who are required to participate in the collaborative workshop.
Event execution occurs over 3 to 5 days. We work closely with the team during this time to review the current state of the process (using lean methodologies to collaboratively problem-solve, develop and test new ideas, and implemention of proven aspects.
After the event, we work with the team to monitor results, ensuring improvements are sustained and improved further if possible
